Elders: 

Rossville Church of Christ is led by a group of Elders (including our Minister)

Elders are men who are called to oversee the local church.  They execute a ministry of supervision, pastoral care, and guidance based upon the God-given Scriptures and the discernment of God's will.  Elders are nominated by the congregation and approved by the current eldership and a congregational vote.  They are accountable to God and function alongside the Minister to direct the activities of the congregation.

The Elders primary role is the spiritual oversight of the church body.
